Onobrychis caput-galli. Flores silvestres de Cabo de Gata, Almería, Andalucía, España.

Es una especie del género Onobrychis, de la familia de las Fabáceas.
Se encuentra en pastizales de tomillares, en sustratos arenosos, arcillosos o esquistosos; a una altitud de 0-700 metros, en la Región Mediterránea y Oriente Medio, Regiones costeras del E. de España.

  4. I am glad that you took the time to take pictures of this little beauty, Teresa. Wildflowers around the world are threatened. Not only are they losing habitat to human encroachment and greed, wildfires are destroying much of what remains. Natural fires that used to be beneficial and a part of the natural cycle have become destructive infernos. Buen sabado. Abrazos y besos - David
